About Brian Devendorf

I have designed and led teams executing endpoint device integration for mergers from as few as 100 people to over people. I aligned with the business on their timelines and requirements. These integrations were often global, with the requirement of managing different languages and cultures. In the endpoint space, I have been involved in global vendor selection, product testing, implementation plans, logistics, support, collaboration suites, deployment automation, request and fulfillment solutions, license tracking, license reclamation, advanced troubleshooting with multiple vendor and internal teams, benchmarking, security, change management, root cause analysis, and product lifecycle. I have led migrations to Windows 7, Windows 10, and Windows 11. I can translate issue reports into problems, potential solutions, and ultimately resolution.I am most proud of architecting the device rebuild / replacement (about 50/50 on replacements) of PCs for an integration during the COVID lockdown. Supply chain issues impacted our preferred vendor significantly. Rather than accept a two+ month delay, I pivoted to a new vendor and the project experienced only a one week delay.
