Within our re-framed tech startup of Stellarus, I\'m leading a >50 person organization responsible for the build, delivery, and sustaining of modernized technical solutions in areas of Claims Management, Provider Networks & Payments, as well as Healthcare Benefits & Plan Management. In partnership with my Staff, we manage E2E feature & services roadmaps across a dozen persistent Agile teams, in cooperation with peer organizations across Commercialization, Infrastructure, Data & Analytics, and other foundational systems teams. I\'m leading initiatives to upskill our talent to strengthen our engineering innovation & adoption of AI, while evolving our culture to a customer-oriented & adaptable product delivery machine.(2025 transition) In support of transitioning our organization from an IT group in BSC into a new technology sister organization, Stellarus, I am excited to help lead this path forward. Since early 2025, while maintaining our existing BSC operations, we have also been defining a new operational model to deliver high impact technology services to other health insurance plans & payers. I appreciate having a part in defining the culture, the new way of working, and helping pivot to a highly innovative powerhouse engineering organization that can help the healthcare industry become more accessible and cost effective for millions of Americans across the country.
