Implement and Maintain TM Master Database for Asset/Components, Spare Parts, Maintenance, Material Movements/Transactions, Proforma Invoices (transactions to/from vessels), On-hand Stock/Inventory.• Maintain the standardization and consistency of data, Description Details, Harmonized Coding (HS Codes) to comply with United States Census Bureau.• Generate Purchase Orders for Special Projects, working extremely closely with the entire Procurement Team. • Organize all shipments from the United States, highly involved with the entire Logistics processes, working closely with the team. Generate Commercial Invoices/Packing List for equipment and spares including Dangerous Goods and HazMat Materials. Oversee and prepare packing/crating for transport.• Manage and Schedule all local transportation, organize and schedule couriers/hotshots working closely with several transportation companies, monitor performance to ensure safety of personnel, equipment, and on-time collections/deliveries.• Manage and maintain the Main Warehouse location, ft. faciality. Communicate directly with vendors and suppliers for all work and maintenance requirements.• Manage warehouse personnel, contractors and sub-contractors.• Maintain quotations (RFQ’s), negotiate as required and perform the initial set up for new approved vendors and suppliers. • Manage and maintain special projects from end-to-end (Assets/Inventory) working closely with the entire team to remain on schedule, accurate and consistent reporting.
