Oversee and prepare packing/crating for transport.• Manage and Schedule all local transportation, organize and schedule couriers/hotshots working closely with several transportation companies, monitor performance to ensure safety of personnel, equipment, and on-time collections/deliveries.• Manage and maintain the Main Warehouse location, ft. faciality. Communicate directly with vendors and suppliers for all work and maintenance requirements.• Manage warehouse personnel, contractors and sub-contractors.• Maintain quotations (RFQ’s), negotiate as required and perform the initial set up for new approved vendors and suppliers. • Manage and maintain special projects from end-to-end (Assets/Inventory) working closely with the entire team to remain on schedule, accurate and consistent reporting.
