Collaborated with PWC and Jeffries on quality of earnings, recap closed 9/15/22 with Apollo Capital. Oversee the restructuring of NetSuite chart of accounts, implementing of Floqast close management and reconciliation management software, and aligning workday adaptive insight structure with new NetSuite COA after the recapitalization. Implemented strategic change management and financial integration during rapid growth due to 10 acquisitions (total purchase price of $230M+) and the recapitalization of partnerships. Improved the alignment of the accounting team with operations of the Management Service Organization (MSO) including the establishment of a GAAP monthly reporting package, accounting efficiencies, and internal controls. Automated reporting with Workday adaptive reporting tool in collaboration with FP & A to better align expenses with definitions in the MSA agreements.
