The J7 mission is to support the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the Joint Warfighter through Joint Force Development in order to advance the operational effectiveness of the current and future Joint Force. Within the JSJ7 Joint Training\'s mission is to Develop, deliver, and enable a continuum of individual, staff, and collective joint training to enhance the operational effectiveness of the current and future joint force. Joint Training through the Joint Exercise Division (JExD) supports planning and execution of joint and multinational (MN) exercises in order to improve joint and combined warfighting capabilities worldwide. JExD designs, plans, prepares, executes, analyzes and supports joint and MN training events. JExD provides functional planning expertise for exercise support in cyberspace, information operations, intelligence, interagency, operational environment, missile defense, space, special technical operations, and sustainment. Specifically leads a team of military, civilian, and contractor support personnel in the development of Sustainment related exercise and training events for Combatant Commands.
