Accountable for the overall efficiency and safety of a (28) employee operations crew. Divided and delegated tasks as appropriate amongst crew members. Provided field support to operators in the form of manipulating valves, troubleshooting pumps/process equipment, identified/resolving leaks, instructing correct operational actions, etc. Worked closely with management to identify and lock out equipment as needed for maintenance, in addition to reviewing and updating expired procedures. Ensured all jobs were safe to start work on through the accurate and efficient creation/distribution of permits (line break. hot work, safe work, etc). Ensured shift log notes were filled out correctly each shift & reviewed with management.
