Built and led a global team of 45 permanent ServiceNow professionals to deliver excellent colleague experiences on the ServiceNow platform- Led the team through 19 version upgrades from Fuji to Yokohama- Negotiated 4 ServiceNow contract renewals and various product purchases- I have continuously driven adoption of the platform so that every day more colleagues use ServiceNow more often to do their jobs- Experienced in most of the platform functionality including ITSM, Security Operations, DLP, HRSD, IRM, Notify, Employee Center Pro, Mobile App, CMDB & CSDM, Teams Integration, HAM, SPM, Enterprise Architecture - Launched Employee Center with HR Onboarding and other HR journeys- Currently deploying Legal Service Delivery and Supply Chain Orchestration- Led an experiment and business case to purchase Now Assist Creator licences to maximize Software Engineering efficiency- Own the supplier relationship with ServiceNow and other suppliers involved in delivering the service- Significant budget responsibility- Became the first ServiceNow customer to adopt Impact in 2021 and I am a member of the Impact Product Advisory Council- I reduced the carbon footprint of the platform in 2022 by 24 tonnes by reducing auto generated emails- Member of the ServiceNow Customer Advocacy Program since 2020 and I have been recognised by Dave Wright, Chief Innovation Officer, for my contribution- I have talked at various ServiceNow conferences and user groups.

I am a senior leader with over 37 years IT experience in Service Delivery with different global companies and sourcing models.(NatWest, Wood Mackenzie, Tesco Bank, HBOS, IBM and General Accident). I have great experience in leading and motivating teams, over different geographical locations and cultures, to deliver highly available IT services. I believe in building a culture of excellence through coaching, mentoring and empowerment. I have built a high degree of loyalty in all the teams I have led due to my high levels of integrity and an open and honest leadership style. I have been a ServiceNow Platform owner for 11 years. I am well known in the ServiceNow community. I have led teams through 19 platform upgrades from Fuji to Yokohama. I have negotiated 4 contract renewals and I have experience of most products on the platform. I have led scrum teams delivering in an Agile way on the ServiceNow platform since 2016. I am passionate about how ServiceNow can deliver world class experiences for colleagues. I have talked many times at conferences since 2011 including UK IT Service Management Forum, Knowledge, Now Forum and various user groups. At many of these conferences my talks have had the highest customer satisfaction scores.
