ABOUT BRIAN CRESSMAN
When I was younger I had no idea what I wanted to be when I grew up. I developed a good work ethic at a young age, born of long hours working blue-collar jobs growing up; always enjoyed problem solving; and did very well on exams. Then, through twist of fate, I met some attorneys and judges who encouraged me to go to law school. Now, years later, I’m an Associate Attorney, building my reputation for doing “good work, a lot of it, and for some tough customers.” At my firm, MacDonald, Illig, Jones & Britton, my practice focuses largely on business work—both entity transactions and general corporate work—for all types and sizes of non-profit and for-profit entities, across a wide variety of industries. Additionally, I work with the Trusts & Estates, Government Services, Cannabis, and Education Law Practice Groups; and really whoever else knocks on my door. The quality and complexity of my work is the best part of my job. If there’s a question that no one knows the answer to, I’m the person to take it on and get to the right answer for our client, whether that means a practical or a legal solution. Recently, I’ve worked on Municipal litigation and Estate litigation, supporting our talented team of litigators to reach favorable resolutions for our clients; asset purchases; and a variety of corporate contracts, including drafting master supply agreements, general terms and conditions, employment agreements, and documents to change a company’s executive stock plan. Please connect with me or reach out to me via my contact information on my firm bio, to learn more about me, or how I can help you.
