I am a motivated and organised programme manager and finance professional, with excellent people management skills and a strong track record of professional delivery, process improvement and effective change management.I trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with a Big Four audit company, and my experience on a variety of audit clients is augmented by 15 years’ significant post-qualification experience in industry. This includes senior finance roles in the Financial Services sector, leadership roles in Shell managing over 30 global staff, and most recently as Programme Manager for a change programme within a global insurance company.As well as having extensive experience of project & change management and managing global, multi-disciplined teams and stakeholders, I have considerable experience in interpreting complex financial information, financial reporting, budgeting & strategic planning, controls & assurance, applications, project delivery, management reporting; internal and external audit.
