   Directed an M&A transition within the Mortgage department while ensuring that business critical resources received clear communication and implementation objectives. Maintained organizational artifacts along with active participation in senior level management updates on progress and issue identification. Developed action plans and executed resolutions to complexities during the transition while leveraging internal and external resources to successfully meet the goals outlined by the organization•Led cross-functional team in the building and documentation of Vendor Monitoring Plan for Title Panel Members, coordinated meetings, executed on deliverables, managed timelines and multiple resources•Identified, drafted documentation and executed against opportunity to meet phased closure deadline for two issues aligned to the Title Panel project, preventing the need for the LOB to request an extension •Created current state Title Panel scorecards, which enabled the LOB to conduct initial discussions with Title Panel members to gain alignment against expectations upon execution of each company\'s SOW• Identified a gap in LOB-drafted scorecard, which exposed a gap in vendor monitoring regarding timeliness expectations. Identified system fields to be leveraged to provide automated tracking of timeframes at two critical points in the fulfillment process (title order and pre-closing disclosure).
