Collaborate with every department internally and internationally preparing daily sales reports including customer P&L, PPV, margin and ad hoc analysis, to develop and implement KPIs. Introduce cost-saving initiatives, CAPEX tracking, and implementation resulting in $600k in annual savingsResponsibilities include but not limited to- Month End close Flash and Forecast reporting packages- Rebate processing and monitoring accruals like rebates and freight- Monthly sales reporting including customer P&L, PPV etc- Journal entry posting such as samples, freight, sales and COGS allocations- CAPEX tracking, reporting and analysis- Margin analytics by customer, channel, sku- Annual budget process working with Executive Leadership Team- Develop and implement KPIs across operating company- Productivity and efficiency support with sustainability (Kaizen)- Partner with cost accountant and shared services accounting team- Build SOPs and presentation support work cross functionally - Adhoc analysis and reporting as needed
