   As the Assistant Director of Communications and Social Media Manager at Harvard Athletics, I play a pivotal role in promoting and enhancing the visibility of our 42 athletic programs. I serve as the primary contact for six sports, including wrestling, women\'s rugby, and both lightweight and heavyweight men\'s and women\'s rowing. My responsibilities include managing the social media platforms for the entire department, ensuring that our teams’ achievements and events reach a broad audience.I specialize in graphic design, creating branding materials that represent our department year-round. My work involves hands-on projects with our ticketed sports, specifically football and basketball. I also helped design the background graphics for media days and assist in conducting these events. I strive to capture high-quality video and photography of our teams, showcasing their dedication and success.In my role as a Sports Information Director (SID), I maintain strong communication with coaches and athletes, manage relationships with external media, and oversee hiring photographers and videographers to document our programs. I also run the individual social media accounts for my assigned teams, focusing on engaging content that resonates with our fans and alumni.My passion for sports communication and social media strategy drives my commitment to excellence in representing Harvard Athletics both on and off the field.
