As a Mission Engineer & Operations Systems Engineer supporting NASA deep-space missions, I develop, verify, and uplink spacecraft flight products through the Deep Space Network (DSN). I collaborate with subsystem leads across GNC, thermal, power, attitude control, and science planning to ensure safe and reliable spacecraft operations.Key responsibilities include: • Planning and executing spacecraft mission activities for interplanetary missions • Creating and approving flight products and commanding sequences • Executing real-time operations, including DSN interface and command radiation • Supporting mission planning, anomaly resolution, and cross-discipline coordination • Working directly with NASA and subsystem engineering teams to ensure mission successPrograms supported include OSIRIS-REx, MAVEN, Lucy, Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter, Juno, and Odyssey.
