   In this position, I drove results for Supply Chain, Fleet Operations, and daily operations for staffing, process improvement, P&L, cash flow and budget. I developed and executed operational strategy to move from R&D phase to regular business operations. I collaborated with executive management, Board Members, supplier executives, and senior level customers representatives to attain organizational objectives. I grew the supply chain, fleet operations, and accounting teams from three to eighteen direct employees and five contractors and established scalable processes for growth. My accomplishments included: • I identified, qualified, and established a geographically diverse supplier base to reduce cost and lead time. I mitigated risk through dual source supply base with longer payment terms to improve cash flow. • I made changes to design, packaging, transport, and country of origin changes, as needed, to reduce the total landed costs of our hardware by over 50%. • I led the successful implementation of a true end to end ERP system in NetSuite from disjointed tools. • I developed and implemented KPIs and process improvements and established a review cycle. • I delivered the largest solar project (Gemini 20•••••32), and all other projects since, on time and below cost. • I collaborated with Business Development to design a project costing tool for accurate pre-to-post cost estimates. • I partnered with Finance on Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) that were adopted by the CEO, companywide. • I worked in tandem with internal and external stakeholders to gain UL, ETL, and ICC certifications. • I launched Quality Management System to support customer requirements and building to ISO certification.
