   Created Steady Top Feeder Barge concept using BargeMaster motion compensated platform on the deck of a Jones act barge to transport wind farm components and affect a near-stationary lift. Created installation models to compare the total number of days to install a batch of 100 turbines using the steady top barge compared to the alternatives (bare barge, feeder jack-up, self-transiting WTIV). Financial benefit to the developer (demand side) vs required owner day rate (supply side) to make financially viable. Marine procedures and installation aids such as hydraulic clamps to permit unmanned operations. Created 12 GWh ECO Storage, isobaric compressed air energy storage with heat storage to collect off-peak/curtailed renewables. Identified partners and development roadmap. Now seeking funding to do market characterization, grid integration, regulatory gaps/challenges engineering(TRL3). White paper on Green Hydrogen taking a realistic and pragmatic look at the costs and technical requirements to create floating hydrogen solutions running from the initial desalination requirements to generate the feedwater, electrolysis and compression/transportation to shore.Primary author and project manager for the NYSERDA report on the Business Case for the Construction of a Jones Act Wind Turbine Installation Vessel. Writing technical specifications based on the expected physical requirements for East Wind Farms and designing a unit specifically for these (the NG-9800C), submitting bid packages to multiple shipyards for CAPEX estimates, worked with liftboat operators to build OPEX models and then built financial models to estimate required day-rate and duration of contract to achieve NPV and IRR targets, Developed wet-tree and dry-tree semi-submersible hulls for floating production systems. Parametric modeling, market studies, identify market niches/ market entry strategies. Developed oil skimming options and barge configurations for ALYESKA oil spill response.
