Throughout my 22 years in Long Term Care, I have been fortunate to serve the last 17 as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator for skilled nursing facilities. This includes my former role as Executive Director for a CCRC in which I had served for almost 6 years. My past experiences have honed my management style and skills and strengthened my knowledge of facility operations and regulatory compliance.
