With over 25 years of experience in digital forensics and eDiscovery, I specialize in uncovering facts through digital evidence and guiding organizations through complex investigative, regulatory, and litigation challenges. As the National Technology Lead for Digital Forensics and Discovery at Deloitte Canada, I oversee the strategic direction, technical standards, and innovation roadmap for forensic technology across the country, ensuring our teams deliver consistent, defensible, and high‑quality results.My work spans the full lifecycle of digital investigations from identification and preservation to analysis, interpretation, and expert reporting. I manage matters involving workplace misconduct, fraud, cyber incidents, IP theft, wrongful dismissal, class actions, and regulatory inquiries. I also support large eDiscovery matters and help shape the growth and maturity of Deloitte’s national practice.I bring technical expertise across industry leading forensic and advanced eDiscovery platforms used for early case assessment, targeted culling, and defensible productions. This includes EnCase (EnCE), Relativity, NUIX, AXIOM, and legacy platforms such as Clearwell, iCONECT, and iPro.
