Project Director – over the past three years, I have managed 20+ semiconductor projects totaling $20B+ on behalf of a confidential semiconductor client’s construction division; projects included new high-volume base-build fabrication facilities, progressive build retrofits, tool installation, water treatment facilities, air-separation units, data centers, and substrate and packaging facilities• Management – direct ~15 staff members that consists of project controls analysts, quantity surveyors, risk managers, commodity managers, project managers, and project accountants that acted as owner representatives for the client to implement some of the construction projects’ largest deliverables • Commission Management – over the past three years, I have managed 5+ commissions for T&T supporting project controls, estimating, quantity surveying, commodity management, and project management; my duties for these commissions consisted of contract & risk management, purchase orders, invoicing, revenue forecasting, margin analysis, business generation & opportunity management• Business Generation – I have supported proposals internationally for T&T for multiple semiconductor and energy sector bids; in addition, I attended multiple construction & semiconductor networking events yearly to support T&T’s business generation efforts to sell the company’s capabilities • Managerial Cost Reporting – our team built and managed the processes on behalf of the client for best-in-class cost reporting and analytics across multiple sites in Arizona and New Mexico; this ensured real-time delivery of cost statuses including budget, forecast, PO actual commitments-to-date, PO remaining commitments to buy-out, actual spends, remaining spends, journal entries, claims, contingency, etc. by the detailed granular level of design / bid packages, project manager, WBS, and more to give the clients’ management the maximum amount of insight and cost control
