About Brian Campbell

Brian started his career as CPA and auditor at a national accounting and consulting firm. Since transitioning into an advisory role in 2013, Brian’s area of expertise is focused on providing support to public and privately-held clients across all industries, specifically for companies that do not have the internal resources to accomplish their most difficult strategic and financial goals. Before forming MCE Advisors, Brian worked exclusively at two large professional advisory firms to assist with technical and transaction based matters which arise outside of day to day operations. Our core competency focuses on issues that arise due to capital raises, M&A transactions, new accounting policies and standards, changes in regulatory requirements, or business transactions that may involve complexities which can be foreign to executives. In addition, sometimes the internal resources are temporarily unavailable due to a hiring gap or other areas of strategic focus for our clients, so today’s businesses need to bring in a trusted advisors such as MCE who can be their problem solver. Throughout the IPO process, a recent transaction, or external audit, MCE’s team has experience as former executives and CPA’s, which allows them to be a value added consultant. As a personal resource for our clients, we help prepare for an exit, fundraising, an IPO or the ongoing financial reporting requirements and we do so in a transparent and timely manner. With expertise in many technical areas, combined with our dedication to clients and communication, the MCE team has been able to achieve the most difficult hurtles that companies face and we continue to adjust the necessary resources to meet client targets, deadlines, and goals. We strive to bring value and truly consult our clients with an entrepreneurial approach.
