KLH Engineers, PSC was established in 1955 to build quality relationships, environments and buildings centered around people. With projects in 50 states, the firm includes a workforce of 140 engineers, software programmers, professionals, and support staff providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing and software engineering, fire protection, architectural lighting design, and information technology, commissioning, construction administration and energy solutions. As the Chief Client Officer, I am responsible for managing the firm\'s project management resources, client relations, organizing, planning, and managing KLH\'s business development and sales efforts in order to meet firm-wide goals. This includes managing existing client account relationships, representing the firm before prospective clients, providing direct training and guidance to technical staff on business development strategies and techniques, leading proposal and interview strategies, and networking within industry, peer, business and community associations that support continued growth on multiple levels for the corporation.
