   During his 25-year tenure, Mr. Brtalik has assisted some of the world’s most sophisticated occupiers of real estate. Mr. Brtalik has been recognized in Charlotte as one of the leading Tenant Representation brokers in the city. Having been involved in several of the region’s most publicized deals; Mr. Brtalik has represented clients in over RSF of transactions totaling in excess of in lease consideration. Mr. Brtalik has assisted these clients in essentially every niche of the real estate process at the highest level. Mr. Brtalik is also heavily involved in the Charlotte community on both a professional and personal level. A member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR), Mr. Brtalik has been recognized for his performance in the Charlotte market, which ranks him at, or near the top, annually. On the personal side, Mr. Brtalik is deeply committed to the betterment of the community. Having faced challenges at birth with his 3rd daughter, Mr. Brtalik now champions local efforts for the Community Blood Center of the Carolinas (CBCC), Presbyterian Hospital, and the March of Dimes, where he and his wife have helped chair one of the region’s largest annual fundraisers. Mr. Brtalik is a graduate of Penn State University and lives in South Charlotte with his wife, Kim, and their four daughters.
