I have litigated hundreds of anticounterfieiting cases and have developed standard industry accepted procdedures for dealing with the pervasive problem of brand counterfeiting. I have been on the ground floor of drafting and developing significant legislation designed to establish and enhance the ability to effectively fight counterfeiting at both the state and federal level.
