Provide health and safety program support remotely for a civil, grading, coal ash remediation company with approximately 100 employees. Review client / owner requirements and include them in site-specific health and safety plans and emergency action plans. Update site-specific safety orientation PowerPoints and new hire safety training. Manage the company’s job safety observation mobile application, Safety Data Sheet (SDS) request app, and mobile near miss reporting app. Review and complete contractor safety pre-qualifications for bid events. Update information and complete online tasks for contractor pre-qualifications in Avetta and ISNetworld. Perform industrial hygiene (IH) monitoring (e.g, noise dosimetry and personal air monitoring), as needed. Write toolbox safety talks and job hazard analyses (JHAs) as well as safety alerts and causal analysis reports when incidents occur. Revised the company’s entire health and safety manual and wrote several new safety programs.
