Worked in many industry sectors (Finance, Retail, Distribution, Telco, Travel & Utilities, global Accounting & Advisory). Managed and travelled for projects or global programs in Australia, Argentina, Canada, India, USA and across Europe. 13+ years working at a global IT Services at Top 4 accountancy Firm, and previously with long, multi-year periods at major consultancy and retail banking organisations. Have successfully delivered major multi-year projects & programs, including: 1. c$65m technology refresh program to migrate desktops in 150 countries from a Windows-XP platform to W-7/ IE9/ Office 2010, 2. Implemented a global organisational transformation programme & support model for IT Operational Services (Europe, India, Nth & Sth America), 3. Migration of primary UK data centre & business applications to a european data centre (minimal disruption to business). Implemented service improvement through new UK Business Support Centre. All delivered to agreed scope, time, budget and realising multi-£m benefits to the organisation.
