About Brian Bonn
For over four years, I served as the Senior Director of Athletics at Valor Christian, a leading primary/secondary education institution with a mission to cultivate excellence, integrity, and honor. I led 26 high school programs, over 800 athletes, and 150 employees with a growth mindset and a passion for excellence. I managed a multimillion dollar athletic budget while fundraising six figure funding to advance the vision and goals of athletics.I leveraged my skills in technology, marketing, and design to create the best high school athletic experience in the country, using Adobe products, SEO, photography, videography, sales, and public speaking. I also developed strong community and social services, team building, problem solving, and leadership skills, earning coach of the year awards twice for baseball and the Valor Exemplar Award for outstanding service. My goal is to empower others to be excellent in all that they do and to foster a culture of excellence, integrity, and honor.
