   As a Branch Manager with Chase I am responsible for creating a culture of excellence and an environment that delivers an exceptional experience for both customers and employees. To have a successful branch, I always look to hire top talent and work to developing each member of my team to his/her fullest potential. I have created a clear direction for the branch by creating great partnerships within Chase and the community at large - all while maintaining a focus on our customers. We focus on delivering a great customer experience by owning issues from start to finish, being courteous and professional and always doing the right thing.
