   Deliver and manage projects for customers that build, or extend, their modern data platform so that they can easily access their organization\'s data and analyze it to better serve their customers. List of projects completed so far- Partnered with a customer to design and build their modern data platform to pull data in Azure. Platform pulled operational data from Salesforce, Facebook, and Ticketmaster using Azure Data Factory into Azure Data Lake, and landed in Azure SQL DB. Completed this project in 3-weeks and emphasized teaching customer data resources how to continue extending platform- Partnered with customer to extend their existing Azure data platform by connecting their Dynamics 365 F&O and Dynamics Customer Engagement systems to their Azure Data Lake in production. Additionally, implemented and showed them how to use Azure Synapse Analytics to take data from their lake (i.e, bronze layer) and materialize in views with data transformations to produce \'SQL like\' entities they were experts in using- Partnered with customer to start Azure data platform from scratch (i.e, provisioning Azure subscription) and building out very cost-conscious Azure Synapse Analytics platform that extracted data from on-premises SQL server, loaded into Azure Data Lake Storage with both incremental load pipelines (i.e, facts) and truncate & load pipeline (i.e, dimensions), and how to begin to replicate existing stored procedure data cleansing and transformations using notebooks. The primary benefit being the ability to move to intra-day refreshes rather than limitation of nightly batch that current infrastructure capped out at.
