Responsible for the senior-level management oversight and strategic direction to project management and alliance management teams consisting of project directors, project managers, alliance managers and individual contributors, supporting the global central laboratory project delivery of clinical trials- Owns the identification and implementation of strategic, process and operational delivery mechanisms to drive effective and efficient cross-functional communication, timeline management, budget management and risk mitigation, across the Precision for Medicine global organization- Responsible for the management of operating budgets within the project management and alliancemanagement teams through the monitoring and control of expenditures, as well as variance management between budgeted and actual expenditures of time, dollars, and personnel- Responsible for managing customer relationships and supporting project delivery teams in a client facing role, as well as developing and implementing the systems, processes and tools to enable effective account review and collaboration across Precision for Medicine teams, sites and business units- Partners with Business Development to secure new business through customer engagement, proposaldevelopment and successful project delivery.
