Over thirty (30) years of Design-Build, Design-Bid-Build and Construction Manager at Risk projects in the private and public construction markets with large and small businesses to include pre-construction management, project management, estimating, project take-off, proposals, contract negation, management of project finances and construction of civil projects, building renovations, new construction and environmental remediation. Experienced with small business proposals, negotiations with the Small Business Association and small business set-aside programs within the federal market. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and able to develop project budgets and pro-forma. Successfully developed conceptual project schedules for proposals and developed and maintained working project schedules for construction projects to include cost loading, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) using the Critical Path Method (CPM).
