I lead the WW CAM Program Management Team or CAM PM. We are responsible for the contractual execution of Subscription Video (SVOD) contracts for both licensed movies and television. This is the licensed content that is available for Prime Video subscribers. CAM PM is an extension of the SVOD Content Acquisition & Management Team (CAM). CAM PM owns a broad scope of process improvement initiatives as well as operational activities and is the integration layer between CAM and the rest of Amazon. Our team goals are built around contract execution, defect reduction, and operational efficiency. CAM PM is responsible for the execution of contractual rights and obligations including content rights management, license payments, liability management, vendor management, and partner reporting.
