As Head Mentor at Robbins Research International, I provide strategic leadership for the training, development, and quality assurance of a global coaching organization. I oversee and mentor a core team of 15 mentors and support the performance, consistency, and effectiveness of 150+ professional coaches worldwide.I play a key leadership role in the selection, training, onboarding, and ongoing development of new Robbins coaches, ensuring alignment with Tony Robbins’ methodologies, coaching standards, and organizational expectations. Through structured onboarding programs, mentor-led training, and continuous performance feedback, I help accelerate coach readiness, elevate coaching capability, and drive consistent, high-quality client outcomes at scale.My responsibilities also include mentoring mentors, leading coaching call reviews, refining coaching frameworks and syntaxes, and driving calibration across the coaching organization. This work directly contributes to improved coaching quality, stronger confidence in delivery, and greater consistency across coaching engagements.Grounded in performance psychology, neuroassociative conditioning, NLP, and human behavior, I am known for bringing a calm, centered, and highly strategic leadership presence. Rather than focusing on short-term fixes, I emphasize long-term capacity building, pattern recognition, and sustainable performance—supporting coaches and mentors in developing the clarity, presence, and leadership required to create lasting transformation.At its core, my role is about multiplying impact: developing mentors who develop coaches who transform lives.
