ABOUT BRIAN B MALONEY

I have been in the foodservice equipment industry for over 45 years and served in every capacity our industry has to offer. Years of operations (yeah, washed a lot of dishes.smile), manufacture rep, street sales, project management and VP with TriMark (for 20 years now). My passion is layout and design. In our Florida office of TriMark South, all of our work is \"design build\" and \"relationship\" based projects. We handle foodservice equipment projects in all segments of the industry; we take care of several chain restaurants equipment and supply (Jimmy Buffet Margaritaville\'s, Hyatt Hotels, Restaurant Partners) and have a strong presence in the hotel/hospitality world. I am the \'consultant of record\' for the Hyatt Place and Hyatt House hotels concepts since their inception and work with a number of other major flags also. We have a crazy, great group and enjoy a reputation as one of the strongest project management teams in our industry. It\'s a reputation we are really proud of and we work every day to earn the respect and confidence of our partners and friends.
