ABOUT BRIAN ASKE
Brian Aske, FDBIA is a DBIA Fellow and the President of SAK Builders, a Pacific Northwest based self-perform builder. He is a National DBIA Progressive Design-Build instructor and the chair of the National DBIA Progressive Design-Build Committee. He has served on the DBIA Northwest Region Board for over 15 years and helped to advance Washington State’s current progressive design-build legislation. He guest lectures and instructs industry classes on all forms of design-build, especially Progressive Design-Build in Washington. He has been an advocate for design-build for 30 years. Over the last 12 years, he has led multiple progressive design-build projects for multiple institutions totaling over a billion dollars, including DBIA’s 2021 Project of the Year and Best in Architecture as well DBIA’s 2023 Best in Teaming.
