I am Brian Andrews, a husband, father of four, U.S. Army veteran, and lifelong coach who believes that real fitness happens in the middle of real life, not outside of it.For over 25 years, I have helped people unlock their potential in fitness, business, and life. From serving in the Army to leading national fitness operations, my mission has always been to build leaders, empower others, and create experiences that outlast the workout.Inspired by watching my wife balance motherhood, career, and health, I founded Define Fit, an AI-powered fitness platform built for busy parents and professionals who train in chaos, not perfection. Define Fit merges AI innovation with genuine human connection to help people define their time, define their goals, and ultimately redefine themselves.Across every chapter of my career as a soldier, coach, trainer, and founder, my purpose remains constant: to help people show up stronger in fitness, business, and life.
