ABOUT BRIAN ANDREW CLINK
Interested in construction from an early age, at weekends and school holidays I went to work with my father who was a joiner. I was motivated by his energy. My father took great pride in his work and endeavoured to be one of the best – Attributes that I uphold too. As my passion for the industry grew I enrolled at the Leeds College of Building and attended both technical and craft courses to learn more.I have worked extremely hard to gain the position I hold today. Through college, Apprentice Bricklayer, General Builder, Site Manager and up to Director level. Not the most academic route, however I believe the knowledge I have gained over many topics in the roles I have held provide me with a greater understanding than many.I have completed many bespoke design and build projects from single dwellings to multiple unit sites, including substantial detached houses, barn conversions, large Victorian style villas, mews homes and luxury apartments. I have been hugely responsible for establishing Park Lane Homes as a house builder with an excellent reputation. I personally ensure that each new home handed over is one of exceptional quality.I thoroughly enjoy continuous personal development. I look forward to the challenges that the future brings by way of the many varied, materials, methods, regulation changes, new technologies and the like that make construction a forever learning, fascinating industry to be a part of.
