   SBM is a privately owned and operated major service provider in Facility Services (direct & IFM) operating in such industry\'s as food production, light and heavy manufacturing, automotive, life sciences, Hi-Tech and semi-conductor across 44 US states, Puerto Rico, Asia and Costa Rica with over direct employees in both heavily unionized and non unionized environments. As the company\'s primary business partner for EHS and Risk, I have complete strategic ownership and tactical management for company wide EHS and Risk program with a heavy focus on customer engagement, EHS performance, regulatory compliance, training, advancing the culture, behavior based safety, industrial hygiene, injury reduction with a SIF focus, vendor management and our entire workers compensation program. Under my direct leadership, SBM continues to achieve year over year milestones across EHS and Risk leading indicators and lagging metrics for the last 12 years delivering results 6 times better than the BLS industry average and 55% better than NCCI EMR average while effectively managing and mitigating exposures from our annual growth rate of 18%. Regulatory agency investigations and associated findings are at all all time low, driven by my direct handling of these matters.Our claim intake and costs for workers compensation and GL are at the lowest level in SBM\'s 41 year history as a % of payroll or revenue, directly as a result of the program efficiencies, exposure elimination and policy structure implemented under my leadership.
