Job duties and responsibilities to date-Construction manager for student housing renovation at University of Texas at Austin-Created daily progress reports, photo logs, project schedules and gannt charts for onsite property manager, building ownership and general contractor-Conduct weekly team meetings with onsite superintendents, subcontractors and property managers-Perform formal sign-offs for completed work and close-out punch list items with property managers and general contractors-Manage onsite subcontractors\' daily scope of work, milestone completion dates, incident report sign-off and inspect completed work from subcontractors-Create observation reports for ongoing construction activities to include, below grade waterproofing, TPO roofing, rainscreen, wood framed construction, exterior insulated facade system (EIFS), curtain wall, and storefront installation-Assist senior consultants with design review of projects submittals, RFI’s, architectural and trade specific shop drawings-Generate quality control, “QC” checklist for building ownership and general contractor pertaining to trade installation and building envelope performance-Proficient conducting, and report generation for ASTM E 1105, ASTM E 783, AAMA 501.2 and ASTM D5957.
