Chapter One: Raised on a farm in central Illinois, I graduated from Illinois State University with a degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology. I’ve spent nearly two decades in the agriculture industry, building experience across production, safety, sales, and leadership. Along the way, I’ve consistently pursued roles that stretched my abilities and accelerated my growth — including 12 years in seed production, 12 years in sales, 3 years in safety, and more than 25 years of leadership experience.Chapter Two: Beyond my professional roles, I serve as an agriculture advisor to Christian ministries worldwide, helping use agriculture as a tool to reach unreached people groups, strengthen food security, and combat the trafficking of women and girls.With deep roots in production agriculture, my journey has expanded to include international agricultural missions and meaningful service in my local community. I’m passionate about leveraging agriculture, leadership, and faith to create sustainable impact — equipping others, building partnerships, and serving both globally and locally.Mission: To use agriculture, leadership, and faith to cultivate opportunity, strengthen communities, and invest in people — locally and around the world.
