I work at the intersection of people, process, and technology to support healthier, more effective ways of working. I’m motivated by understanding how work actually happens day to day, and then helping teams design systems, workflows, and tools that make collaboration easier and change more manageable.Over the past several years, I’ve led a small RIA through a multi-year digital transformation. This has included modernizing the firm’s technology stack, migrating core systems, improving reporting and data quality, redesigning key workflows, and thoughtfully integrating AI. Along the way, I’ve partnered closely with teams to rethink how information flows, how decisions get made, and how work moves from idea to execution.Whether I’m untangling a broken process, rolling out a new platform, or helping teams adopt new ways of working, I focus on getting to the root of the problem and building solutions alongside the people who will use them.    Oversaw firm-wide digital transformation initiatives spanning CRM re-platforming, AI strategy, business development redesign, workflow modernization, and long-term technology planning. Partnered across leadership and teams to architect scalable systems, elevate operational effectiveness, and embed technology that improved both employee experience and client outcomes.Key Projects & Contributions:Technology & Operations Vision- Developed Vista’s 1-year and 3–5-year technology and operations vision, aligning people, process, and platform strategy- Defined an AI roadmap and governance approach, including pilots, compliance policy, and firm-wide enablement.AI Strategy & Adoption- Designed and led multiple AI pilots, ultimately selecting Jump AI and ChatGPT as core platforms- Created custom GPTs supporting advisor workflows and key deliverables- Facilitated trainings on generative AI usage, safety, and best practices.Business Development Process Redesign- Led interviews, workshops, and journey mapping to streamline BD workflows- Implemented a redesigned process supported by new CRM features, including a digitized discovery questionnaire and integrated job aids (such as an intro call guide)- Improved visibility, data quality, and consistency across the BD lifecycle.Client Review Optimization- Evaluated prep and follow-up workflows across role groups, identifying bottlenecks and time sinks- Leveraged Jump AI to reduce meeting summary drafting from 60–75 minutes to 10–15 minutes.CRM Re-Platforming- Led end-to-end migration including data model design, workflow architecture, platform configuration, integrations, testing, and rollout- Coordinated cross-functional committees, built training paths, developed communications, and supported adoption through go-live and stabilization.Team Leadership- Managed/mentored three junior colleagues, guiding workflow allocation, technical development, and their ability to support complex projects.
