I started my healthcare career helping patients navigate health and benefits; pricing complex procedures, explaining benefit coverage, medical bill resolution, and more. In a system where complexity often leaves a patient disadvantaged, there is nothing more fulfilling than helping patients financially, medically and emotionally.
