I lead the day-to-day department operations of our Human Resources function, as Chief of Staff to our Chief People Officer. From budget management and organizational planning to enterprise and team communications, my role is focused on enabling and scaling an effective and efficient department. I also manage a small team that leads a wide range of strategic projects and key initiatives for the enterprise, working cross-functionally with business leaders and corporate SMEs.
