Hailing from sunny Tampa, Florida, Brianna is a graduate of the University of Tampa as a Management/HR Major. Following university, Brianna took her love and talent for recruiting into several roles surrounding Talent Acquisition leadership and recruitment operations. Brianna has been lucky to work for several amazing companies, truly focusing on building a Talent Acquisition strategy that joins together a great candidate experience, a great hiring manager experience, and data that can help us make informed decisions at the perfect crossroads. She is passionate about working with organizations that find value in, and want to scale, the recruitment process. When Brianna is not working, she loves to travel and step outside of the box on “what’s possible”. She is a huge fan of her hometown’s local professional hockey team, the Tampa Bay Lightning (Go Bolts!) and spends any free time she has at Walt Disney World!
