Bob also helps clients stay competitive through implementation of cost-effective insurance programs, maximization of surety credit facilities and the creation of custom employee benefit offerings to help attract and retain talent. Founded in 1935, Hylant is a full-service insurance advisory firm with over employees with offices across the country. Hylant is a continuous winner of Best Places to Work in Insurance since 2009. Hylant is one of the largest privately held insurance brokerage firms in the United States and serves a wide variety of clients locally, nationally, and internationally. The Hylant family is committed to staying family-owned and privately-held. Hylant offers complete risk management, employee benefits, property & casualty insurance and surety bond solutions for businesses. Bob resides in Powell, Ohio. He has been married for over a decade. He\'s the father of two very active boys. Bob enjoys being a part of the Central Ohio community. He holds leadership positions within several civic and industry associations.
