Our mission at BreatheSuite is to empower people with respiratory diseases to live longer, healthier lives. BreatheSuite is a fully virtual pulmonary rehabilitation program for Asthma & COPD. Medicare Advantage Plans & ACOs have seen their costs grow in COPD by 53% since 2010, because of high admission and readmission rates (22%). More expensive inhalers are not the only solution to reduce this trend. Pulmonary Rehabilitation (PR) is a comprehensive intervention including endurance training, behaviour change and patient education which is proven to significantly improve COPD outcomes, but there is no access. Less than 2% of COPD patients get access because there is one PR center for every COPD patients in the US. BreatheSuite is a fully virtual Pulmonary Rehabilitation program designed to reduce COPD readmissions and medical expenses. BreatheSuite’s fully virtual program is built on clinically validated protocols, proven to save at least $5,700 per enrolled patient annually.
