Ensure that all UPS Customer Codes are accurate and precise through an outlined onboarding process-Coordinate the distribution of UPS Reports to UPS parties weekly and as needed-Prepare monthly reconciliations, or more often as necessary, to determine differences between Coyote and UPS Accounting Systems-Communicate and work directly with UPS/Coyote Executives and Directors-Accountable for the four main areas of UPS Billing and Accounts Receivable:Peak, Direct Ship, and Other Intercompany-Adjust customer invoices, as required, for items such as added charges, decreased rates, or other noted billing corrections in a timely manner-Coordinate with Collections Team to resolve billing issues in order to receive payment or settle loads-Update customer invoice templates to accurately invoice based on customer address and requirements-Responsible for creating and successfully uploading month end Supercharger into UPS Oracle system by deadline-Escalate any issues, consistent problems, or billing changes to the appropriate Manager-Respond to emails and calls from internal and external customers-Complete goals and tasks based on set departmental expectations and metrics-Other duties as assigned based on business need
