About Brett Showalter
I am a multidisciplinary professional with 20+ years of experience in real estate acquisitions, financial analysis, asset management, and construction project management. I have performed the underwriting and valuation of over $2.1B in land acquisitions in addition to managing 1.8MM sq. ft. in ground-up construction for a public developer, K. Hovnanian (NYSE: HOV). My project experience ranges from a small-scale 30-unit development to a 48-story residential high-rise (77 Hudson - Jersey City, NJ).I thrive in a fast-pace work environment achieving measurable goals and critical deadlines through multi-tasking assignments. I welcome new challenges and have an innate ability to orchestrate solutions to complex problems. My success is credited to being able to thoroughly and accurately “plan the work” in order to competently and diligently “work the plan”.
