Brett is a global technology leader at Deloitte specializing in large scale digital and AI transformations. Prior to joining Deloitte in 2022, Brett was the Head of Technology Strategy at BHP. While at BHP, he led strategic efforts to accelerate the adoption of digital technologies and AI solutions across the company’s global operations and corporate support functions while achieving world-class operating and financial performance. Brett began his career at Marathon Oil delivering transformative programs across the company’s business operations.Brett has lived and spent considerable time in the United States, Australia, and Chile. He earned a MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a BSBA from Bowling Green State University. Brett has served on external leadership boards at the Society of Petroleum Engineers and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School.
