   As the Director of Financial Integration, I have the pleasure of working with various profit & not-for-profit entities to identify financial synergies with affiliation through various due diligence procedures. Once an organization joins the constellation, I assist integrating their systems and processes into APIS Services. During this process we look for opportunities to increase operating efficiencies and expand the programs of each affiliate to ensure our constellation of organizations can fulfill their missions to the communities they serve. Some specific responsibilities of my role are outlined below- Quickly build relationships with affiliate executives and management and an understanding of affiliate operations and programs- Partner with affiliates in the development of resource plans to meet identified barriers, opportunities and interests and coordinate value producing services- Where affiliate risks are identified, proactively intervene with technical assistance and capacity building via APIS- Increase sharing of information across the organization by connecting affiliates with SME’s, outside resources, as well as other affiliates for information and advice- Assist with the evaluation of affiliation and acquisition opportunities through financial analysis and 990 “scrubs”- Assist in the due diligence process and work collaboratively with other teams (Legal, Risk Management, IT, HR, Finance, etc.) to ensure the complete evaluation of any transactions- Assist in the standardization of affiliation/acquisition process including maintenance and updating of due diligence lists, integration check lists- Work closely with senior business leaders to understand Affiliation/ Acquisition strategy and identify potential opportunities.No matter what the challenge is or the day entails, I bring candor, positivity, and determination to my team to help them find the best solution and drive continuous growth.
