Bridging America\'s Gap is phase 2 of a project begun in 2015 with the creation of our first workforce development approach to the skills gap. In the 1st phase, the Lift & Move USA program focused exclusively on the crane, rigging & specialized transportation industry. Phase 2 will build on the ongoing success of that program and begin to expand it to other industries that are experiencing the same labor challenges that are a result of the national skills gap challenge.

BAG targets young people between the ages of 17-24 including: high school, community college and technical college students, in addition to high school and college grads. BAG resources include regional/local Career Skilled Events, jobs registry and electronic newsletters.
